Can you suggest to me a system or product for managing property tax payments for a large number of facilities? I manage 300+ buildings in every state and keeping track of the payments to multiple taxing jurisdictions and lessee reimbursement is overwhelming.

Companies such as eProperty Tax (www.epropertytax.info) offer Web based solutions for the management of property tax payments. If you wish to purchase off-the-shelf software, then you should check out Yardi (www.yardi.com/commercial.asp?navloc=1), and Intuit Real Estate Solutions (http://realestate.intuit.com/products/corporate/overview.asp). If you have Microsoft Access, you could use its Web enabled forms and reports to create a payment tracking system to manage all of your properties.
