A Companies such as eProperty Tax offer Web based solutions for the management of property tax payments. If you wish to purchase off-the-shelf software, then you should check out Yardi, and Intuit Real Estate Solutions. If you have Microsoft Access, you could use its Web enabled forms and reports to create a payment tracking system to manage all of your properties.
