QOW logo QUESTION OF THE WEEK: What Is The Role Of FM In Business Continuity Planning?

This Question of the Week comes from the Facilities Management Group on LinkedIn.

What role, if any, does facilities management (FM) play in an organization’s business continuity/disaster recovery program? And ideally, what do you believe FM’s role SHOULD be? In other words, what can FM actually PLAN for? Are there limits on the scope of our advance planning (physical, theoretical, self-imposed)?
