Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Office Services. The primary responsibilities of the role include:

•Assist in the design and manage budgets for office renovation projects to support fiscal decision making and ensure that costs are within budget.
•Establish and monitor project budgets, schedules, specifications, purchasing, installation and other coordination with contractors, vendors and consultants.
•Coordinate project activities with the department managers and all parties involved in the planning, design, construction and office move process such as architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, IT specialists, and other consultants. More Information
