		<description><![CDATA[<p>On June 18, 2007, Representatives of Congress, administrators from the U.S. Department of Energy, and members of the building industry gathered on Capitol Hill to introduce the new leadership of the High-Performance Building Congressional Caucus and discuss the current state of the U.S. building stock.
